Scope of application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>The refund policy applies to services provided in Vietnam, including:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Website hosting services (Hosting)<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Email Hosting<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Reseller Hosting<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Virtual server (VPS)<\/div>\n<div>Note: This policy does not apply to:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Products purchased in promotional programs<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Products and services not on the above list<\/div>\n<h2><strong>2. Refund conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>2.1 100% refund within the first 5 days<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicable to all services within the scope of the policy.<\/li>\n<li>No refund reason required.<\/li>\n<li>Refund request period: Within 05 days from the date of service activation (the date the customer receives service information from VinaHost).<\/li>\n<li>In case of invoice issuance: The Buyer is responsible for completing the signing of the agreement to adjust or replace the invoice in accordance with current legal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Limit: Maximum 01 time\/service\/customer.<\/li>\n<li>After the request is confirmed:\n<ul>\n<li>The service will be suspended immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Data will be deleted after 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>The customer will pay the transfer fee and related administrative fees (if any).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2.2 Partial refund after 5 days<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>Applicable to:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">o Hosting, VPS in Vietnam<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">o Dedicated server rental service<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">o Server colocation service<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 The remaining amount (after deducting the monthly usage fee) will be refunded as credit in the VinaHost account.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 This balance can only be used to purchase services on vinahost.vn, not applicable to:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">o Domain names<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">o Copyrighted services<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Cannot be converted into cash.<\/div>\n<h3>2.3 Cases where refunds are not granted<\/h3>\n<div>The refund policy does not apply in the following cases:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Customers violate the Terms of Service (for example, use for illegal purposes).<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Customers change or downgrade their service packages.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Additional services and resources purchased such as:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Domain names<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Private IP addresses<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Private anti-DDoS firewalls<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Copyrighted services<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Email 365, google workspace<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Cases of duplicate information:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Same ID card\/CCCD number<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Same previously used domain name<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o Same registered phone number<\/div>\n<h2><strong>3. Refund method<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>Refunds are made according to the original payment method:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Bank transfer: Refund to the account number provided by the customer.<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Online payment gateway: onepay, MoMo, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 VINAHOST account: Upon request, refund to account on vinahost.vn to continue using other services.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>4. Refund process<\/h2>\n<div>Customers send a refund request to billing@vinahost.vn using the email address registered for the service, with the following information:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Order code or invoice code<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Refund reason (if requested after 5 days)<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Recipient account information (if required)<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Transfer image<\/div>\n<div>Processing time:<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 VinaHost verifies within 1\u20133 working days<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 After verification, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used<\/div>\n<h2>5. Refund time<\/h2>\n<div>Refund method Processing time<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>VinaHost account: 1 \u2013 3 working days<\/li>\n<li>Bank transfer: 7 \u2013 14 working days<\/li>\n<li>Credit card\/Visa\/Master: 7 \u2013 90 days (depending on the bank)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>The above time is calculated from when VinaHost verifies and completes the refund request.<\/div>\n<h2>6.
