Purpose:

VinaHost offers a 7-day trial VPS package and commits to 30 days no questions-asked refund policy.
You just need to place an order and pay the amount of 100,000 VND for this order. After 7 days, if you want to use the service, please pay the bill. VinaHost will deduct 100,000 VND from the bill.
If you do not want to use the trial any more, VinaHost will cancel the service and reserve the amount of 100,000 VND in your VinaHost’s account. You can use this amount to pay other bills at VinaHost.

Note:

  • This fee applies to all VPS trial packages.
  • The amount of 100,000 VND is reserved in the customer’s account at VinaHost and is non-refundable by cash or bank transfer.
