Direct payment

Bank payment

You can transfer money to VinaHost Company's account.

Online payment

Customers can log into account system for the selection of the following forms of payment:
General provisions
  • Please include your invoice number when transferring money to VinaHost’s account so that the invoice will be automatically confirmed for payment.
  • Please include your invoice number when transferring.
  • If payment conditions do not allow content to be filled in or within 48 hours from the payment time if you do not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to billing@vinahost.vn or call 1900 6046 ext. 4 during office hours to notify about payment status. Contents include: bank to transfer, name of money remitter, account number of remitter, transferred amount, payment invoice number, transaction journal number (if any).
  • Customers are responsible for transaction fees with the bank or fees incurred by a third party (if any).
  • Customers are completely responsible for the case of service interruptions or loss of domain names due to the incomplete anh incorrect transfers or no information in content transfer without notifying to VinaHost.
  • If you make the payment in Vietnam, you will have to pay an additional 10% VAT. If you pay abroad, you will be exempt from VAT. VinaHost’s system is based on the address information you provide to distinguish taxable or non-taxable invoices. Therefore, please fill in the correct information to avoid creating the wrong invoice.
  • Note: .vn domain name does not include VAT.
