- Google Workspace offers flexible storage plans with individual storage options per user or shared pooled storage for the entire organization. For example, with 10 Starter accounts, the total 300GB storage (30GB x 10) can be allocated flexibly based on actual needs, with storage limits set per account.
- Customers can purchase up to 300 users for Workspace Business Starter, Business Standard, and Business Plus plans. There is no user limit for Enterprise plans.
- The discount pricing in this table is only available for new registrations. The special price applies only to the first 20 users in the subscription and is valid for 12 months. After this period, standard pricing will apply to all users.
- Refund policies do not apply when canceling Google Workspace services.
