Step 1: Create an account at VinaHost

After filling in the registration information at VinaHost.vn, you will receive your account information via email. You click to link Account Management System in the email -> Login.

Step 2: Log in to your account to register your domain name

– Select the domain name registration

– Enter the domain name you want to register and search whether the domain name is still free -> Click Register.

– Then you fill in the domain information fields.

– After successful registration, the owner’s name .VN domain name cannot be changed.

There are 2 forms of registration for Individuals and Organizations:

– For individuals: enter information as below.

*** Note for names and other information:

– For Organizations:

+ Information of the domain name registrant
+ Information of domain name administrator
+ Information of the representative to register the domain name

Step 3: Make payment

– After completing the domain registration information, you check your email to get payment information.

– You will receive 2 emails:

Email 1: [Order Confirmation – Notice of order you have successfully registered]

Email 2: Invoice and provide information to issue VAT invoices (if required)

Step 4: Confirm payment and domain name registration

+ Payment confirmation: After payment, you will receive payment confirmation email from VinaHost.

+ Domain name registration file:

– After receiving payment, VinaHost will send you 1 email: Request for confirmation of domain name registration information

– If the domain name owner is an Individual: Please check the information again and send your ID/Passport (2 sides) to this email to confirm the information.

– If the domain owner is Organization, please check the information:

***Note: If the domain owner is an Organization, please “Download” to get the declaration form.

– Please sign and seal and provide the ID(2 sides) of the representative to check in and send to this email to be activated the domain name.

Step 5. Confirm successful domain name registration

– After receiving a valid profile, VinaHost will activate the domain name according to the information provided by the customer.

– You will receive an email [Confirmation of domain name registration]

*** For individuals, you will receive an email [Verify domain records with mouse signature]

*** Click on the link to download the declaration

– Select “Click to sign”-> Save.

*** For Organizations, you will receive a domain registration confirmation email.
