- Consult to select and guide to use common hosting management systems (cPanel, DirectAdmin).
Limited support
Some administrative operations are supported for the pack VPS service using old technology:
- Configuring the connection to read from the virtual CD drive (mount ISO image).
- Check the level of stable operation and provide statistics on the level of resource use.
- Some administrative operations are supported for Cloud VPS Monthly service package (inclusive monthly payment): Directly perform operations management service package on administrative interface in the client account center.
- Applies to all virtual server service pack: Advice and guide to perform administration tasks and configure the server.
Operations support limits will be implemented with priority level matching the quality policy of the company.
More options
If the customer wants to receive support at the highest priority level, with full authority and responsibility to manage administrator for VinaHost or need support to deal with a problem more complicated, please consider managed services charge (limited hours), [full service management] hoặc [handled according incidents]
Special cases
Fit to oriented technology development of the company and comply with the provisions of the current state, unfortunately VinaHost will deny support in these cases:
- Configuration, install software, check error to handle on Windows operating systems.
- Guide, intervene, edit, develop or perform other actions related to the source and content of customer sites.
- Performing support tasks related to website to violate intellectual property rights or other legal regulations.
